Cyber Physical Defense, LeadThe Opportunity: Lead Cyber Physical Defense Engineer in support of Federal and Civilian market channel pursuits. Will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engagement opportunities, and developing growth pipeline. We will expect this leader to support Senior and Director leadership in the development of marketing materials, client engagement products, and solution architectures. The world can't wait.You Have:Experience building, managing, and expanding cyber technology partnerships including companies aligned to Federal, DOW, or Civil AgencyExperience developing OT cybersecurity technical solutions and strategies and communicating integrated capabilitiesExperience working cross‑functionally with technical teams, cybersecurity engineers, asset owners, and leadership to align strategy and support cybersecurity executionExperience building relationships with internal executives and external cyber vendors, OEMs, and VARsKnowledge of Federal Agency and DoW organizational structure and functionsAbility to converse credibly with vendors on capabilities and mission alignmentAbility to identify emerging cyber tech companies, evaluate synergy with mission needs, and initiate outreach to create new partnership opportunitiesAbility to travel to CONUS locations up to 20% of the time to support customer engagements, demonstrations, conferences, and field activitiesSecret clearanceHS diploma or GED Nice If You Have:8+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity, technical account management, or enterprise technology delivery supporting federal or DoW agenciesExperience driving growth of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, observability, or infrastructure platforms through license expansion, renewals, and new customer acquisitionExperience identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities, building pipelines, and partnering with account teams to drive revenue growth through solution architecture demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical workshops, and executive briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, networking, observability, Zero Trust, or enterprise software technologiesAbility to work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer requirements with product roadmaps and solution capabilitiesTop Secret clearanceClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
