Resident Assistant (RA) – Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care, Detroit Lakes, MN As a Resident Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering dignity, comfort, and joy for our residents. You will work closely with our care team, providing compassionate support and ensuring a home‑like environment for each individual. Responsibilities Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain independence and dignity. Administer daily medications as instructed. Build meaningful relationships, creating a supportive and enriching environment. Partner with the care team to monitor residents’ physical and emotional health. Offer kindness, patience, and understanding, bringing comfort to residents and their families. Engage residents in activities that bring laughter, purpose, and a sense of belonging.
