Program Supervisor, IDD Services in Science Hill

Also known as Group Home Manager

Pay : $15.50/hour

Schedules Available:

Full-Time: 32+ hrs. Must have FULL schedule availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and 12-16 hour shifts

Requirements:

• Must have a full valid driver's license held for at least 12 months post intermediate/permit and reliable vehicle with insurance and registration used to transport clients

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience required

• Must be able to provide full caregiver support , including meal prep, medication assistance, housekeeping, personal care, transfers, and total care using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

Please Note:

We do not offer traditional Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedules. Shifts are based on client needs and may include: 16-hour overnight shifts (4:00 PM - 8:00 AM), Weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday), Varying hours depending on staffing needs
