Physician Assistant | Surgery - Trauma Location: Loveland, CO Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgical services during overnight shifts. Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgical cases, and inpatient care requirements. Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based care plans, and interpret complex diagnostic tests. Assist trauma surgeons with surgical procedures, bedside resuscitations, and operative support. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team to streamline patient transitions and care. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Epic EMR system. Practice with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple complex clinical tasks simultaneously. Support clinical quality, safety initiatives, and performance metrics for the Trauma Surgery service. Qualifications & Credentialing Graduate of an accredited program with a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado. Must be eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid provider status. Current BLS certification is required. A minimum of two years of trauma surgery experience or the successful completion of a surgical fellowship is highly preferred. Must provide a recent NPDB Self Query Report (conducted within the last 30 days) prior to presentation. A clean malpractice and license history is highly preferred; no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA.
