SSM Health Fond du Lac is seeking a board‑certified, fellowship‑trained Neurosurgeon to join a well‑established and growing neurosurgery practice. • Balanced practice mix: 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient
• Surgical volume: 10–20 procedures per month with room to grow
• Predictable call: 1:3 rotation (Fond duLac only)
• Efficient scheduling: new patient visits 30 minutes, established follow‑ups 15 minutes
• Healthy access: new patients and surgical cases typically book out ~1 month
• Full‑time role: 1.0FTE / 32 contact hours (8 half‑days)

Surgical Scope

• Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF)
• Cervical total disc arthroplasty
• Posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF)
• Laminectomy with posterior lumbar fusion
• Posterior thoracic fusion
• Lumbar laminectomy/decompression
• Lumbar laminotomy/discectomy
• Craniotomy and craniectomy procedures
• Ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement

Qualifications

• Board‑certified in Neurosurgery
