Position Title Nurse Education Program Adjunct Faculty Pool Job Summary Require an unencumbered professional nursing license in Maryland or NLC Compact state. Have excellent subject matter expertise with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Essential Role Responsibilities Supervise nursing students in the clinical and laboratory setting with support from nursing faculty and staff. Evaluate and provide documented feedback to students on levels of performance based on course and clinical objectives. Plan clinical experiences with nursing faculty and communicate remediation needs with faculty and lab staff. Provide direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students delivering nursing care to an individual or group of clients/patients. Requirements & Qualifications Baccalaureate degree in nursing (master's degree preferred). At least two years of professional experience within the last five years in the area of instruction as a registered nurse. Pre‑employment criminal background investigation is a condition of employment. Eligible to work in the United States; must reside in states contiguous to Maryland (Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC, Pennsylvania) or be willing to relocate to the commuting area.
