Supplier Allowance Billing Specialist
Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the supplier allowance billing process. Establish, maintain, and align supplier allowance billing programs based on supplier contracts, assist with reconciling discrepancies or billing disputes in a timely fashion. Focus on maintaining data and billing program accuracy and integrity. The ability to analyze, provide feedback, interpret, and comply with supplier contracts is critical. Will have frequent communication with suppliers and all levels of Aramark associates, requiring efficient communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet critical / time sensitive deadlines. This position is fast paced and very hands on with constantly changing priorities. Technical Knowledge and key attributes: Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role. Knowledge of SQL is an advantage but not essential. Highly analytical with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Para-legal/Contracts experience is an advantage but not essential. Flexible and adaptable team player. Highly motivated.
