Physical Therapist

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will assess functional limitations, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning in our serene, supportive, and growth-focused environment.
