Purpose:Hill Technical Solutions (HTS), a division of Valkyrie Enterprises, is looking for a Target Requirement Analyst in Huntsville, AL.Job Description:Working with the requirements lead to support the customer in: Reviewing and understanding intelligence data and MDA Threat Systems Engineering interpretations to develop Target and Countermeasure system requirements and ensure MDA/TC developed systems properly meet threat requirements.Negotiating with MDA Technical Intelligence and MDA Weapon System representatives to determine appropriate performance requirements for MDA Target and Countermeasure systems.Represent the interests of the customer in Working Groups, meetings with other government agencies, and Technical Interchange Meetings.Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree.Must have 3+ years relevant work experience with missile defense- related or other DoD programs / projects.Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and have the individual flexibility to work multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time sensitive issues.Must have excellent established computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Project.Must be a proactive self- starter.Must have strong oral, written, and briefing oral skills.Desired Qualifications: Have familiarity with MDA Processes and Procedures preferred.Security Requirements: Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance.Travel Requirements: Travel (15%) of time.If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.
