Assisted Living Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Part Time | Evening Shift
Per Diem

** NEW, INCREASED PAY: $21-$26.25/hour **
based on experience and shift differential

Collingswood Manor , a UMC Community, is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Assisted Living for our senior living community located in Collingswood, NJ.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements -

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months' experience in a long-term care setting
• Current and valid CNA certification in New Jersey

What you will do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -

• Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with dining, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Monitor residents' health by completing daily skin checks, taking vital signs, and promptly reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Document and communicate care tasks accurately to maintain continuity of care for each assigned resident.
• Follow individualized care plans and restorative nursing principles to help residents maintain optimal function and independence.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings to identify resident strengths and needs.
• Engage in ongoing learning through training, in-services, and team collaboration to enhance skills and resident care.
