About the Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. You'll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines Supporting medical needs and appointments Following individualized support and behavior plans Encouraging community involvement and social engagement Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff) Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team No two days are the sameand every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What We're Looking For: We're seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Valid Connecticut Driver's License Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpfulbut not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed. Pay: $19.28 per hour Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification Certification can be obtained after hire if not already certified Why Work at Marrakech?
