Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable 2nd-shift Production Center Associate to support daily document production, mail processing, and operational services in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for handling print and copy requests, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining records, and assisting with document finishing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process print, copy, and document production requests accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain production equipment to support daily business operations.
• Assist with document finishing services, including cutting, binding, laminating, and packaging materials.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries.
• Track inventory levels and assist with supply management.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or workflow issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and service expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in print production, document services, mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, or similar operational environments.
• Experience with inventory tracking and record management.
• Familiarity with office and business productivity software.
• Experience operating production or finishing equipment is a plus.

Work Schedule

• On-site position
• Evening shift available
• Flexible start times within the assigned shift window

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, MO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
