Assistant Managers are responsible for:
- Ensuring the restaurant is staffed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction making sure every customer leaves happy.
- Keeping high levels of operational standards.
- Following all company policies and standards.
- Managing inventory, Purchase food, beverage, and supplies.
- Ensuring excellent customer service providing Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness with Accurate and Fast service.
- Following Daily Operational Plans.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
