MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a System Team Lead for Centralized Access, Crisis and Navigation to support call center staff, connect callers to resources, and address crisis needs with a trauma‑informed, least restrictive approach. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a health/social services field and QMHP eligibility, with a preference for a Master’s degree and Spanish-speaking abilities.
