Our agency has proudly served the community since 2009 and is home to a talented team of five experienced professionals who share a passion for helping others. I’ve been a business owner my entire life, which has given me a deep appreciation for hard work, structure, and teamwork — qualities that define the way our office operates today.

Outside of work, I live on the beach and a horse farm, where my love for horses keeps me busy. Family is everything to me — I’m one of nine children and a proud grandparent to eight grandchildren. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rob Cutting - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
