Job Summary: As Studio Manager, you'll be our welcoming face, guiding prospects, building community relationships, and ensuring a motivating environment. Lead sales functions, execute lead generation/marketing strategies, increase membership sales, and promote healthy lifestyle benefits. You're a mentor, brand ambassador, and proven leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership growth and hit monthly sales goals
• Deliver exceptional new member onboarding
• Responsible to create an environment that motivates and inspires all to achieve their goals.
• Oversees membership sales, facility tours, and member retention
• Achieve self-generated lead targets monthly
• Manage lead pipeline to drive conversions
• Maintain studio cleanliness, appearance, and safety
• Develop first-name relationships with members
• Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses and community groups
• Increase conversion rates and achieve retention goals
• Drive client referral program
• Participate in 2+ training sessions weekly
• Oversee all day-to-day operations and studio performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years proven sales leadership in Health & Fitness industry
• Personal Training Certification, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required
• 3+ years management experience
• Passionate about health and fitness
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
• Computer proficiency with MS Office programs
• Comfortable learning new software, such as MindBody Online, Loyalsnap, etc.,

Compensation: Base Salary + commission - Commission is uncaped and depends on performance.
Commission is based on and driven by new member sales, trial bookings, trial conversions, class utilization, member retention, etc.
