An exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge to lead operations at a newly established pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), overseeing daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with the 340B drug pricing program.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination with internal providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Uphold pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Mississippi pharmacist license in good standing.
• Prior experience working in an FQHC setting is required.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with on-site healthcare providers.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage pharmacy operations.
