Job Description

The Coordinator, Learning & Experience, plays a key role in supporting the Learning and Development function by coordinating training activities, managing logistics, and maintaining learning systems. This position ensures seamless execution of virtual and onsite training sessions while supporting facilitators and learners with technical tools and resources. The role collaborates cross-functionally to enhance employee skills and support organizational performance goals. The Coordinator also maintains training records, supports onboarding initiatives, and contributes to communication and project management efforts within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage calendars, and communicate changes to participants and stakeholders
• Provide logistical and technical support for virtual and onsite training sessions, including LMS updates and reporting
• Manage enrollment, surveys, communications, and training records while tracking onboarding and compliance requirements
• Support internal and large-format training events, including room setup, equipment, materials preparation, and asset management
• Assist with content updates, internal communications, project coordination, and administrative support for L&D initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate degree or two (2) years of experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a training, education, or learning support role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems

The base pay range for this position is $19.80–$24.75 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
