STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant on behalf of our client in Sleepy Eye, MN. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on OTM experience and a solid understanding of transportation and logistics business processes. This role will support an ongoing OTM implementation through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with transportation, logistics, and supply chain stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.

  • Review existing project work and provide recommendations for successful implementation.

  • Configure and optimize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality.

  • Lead design workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

  • Support transportation planning, shipment execution, carrier management, and freight settlement.

  • Develop functional test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data-related activities.

  • Assist with issue resolution, risk mitigation, user training, and change management.

  • Support deployment, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) .

  • Experience with at least one full-cycle OTM implementation.

  • Ability to join an implementation already in progress and help drive it through completion.

  • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.

  • Experience leading client-facing workshops, requirements sessions, and process discussions.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
