Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Optometrist for an established outpatient community health organization in Los Banos, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join a mission-driven outpatient eye care practice serving patients of all ages
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Average 18-20 patients per day for a balanced clinical workload
• Practice with clinical autonomy while making a meaningful community impact

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $145,000-$165,000
• Productivity Bonus Opportunity
• Sign-On Bonus Available
• Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• Optional 4-Day / 10-Hour Schedule Available
• No Call Responsibilities

ROLE
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic ocular conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans
• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
• Educate patients on eye health and preventive care

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree REQUIRED
• Active California Optometry License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Experience Managing Acute And Chronic Eye Conditions Preferred
• Strong Patient-Centered Communication Skills REQUIRED
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
