Accounting Manager

About The Role The role owns the financial reporting lifecycle, ensuring GAAP compliance, rigorous internal controls, and accurate SEC filings for a high-growth technology business. The team relies on this position to drive monthly close processes, manage external audits, and provide technical accounting guidance across complex corporate transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with US GAAP Prepare SEC filings including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines Design, implement, and maintain robust SOX 404 internal controls and document workflows Partner with FP&A and legal teams to evaluate revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and lease accounting Coordinate external audit requirements and manage relationships with independent auditors Automate accounting workflows and leverage ERP systems (NetSuite) to scale operational efficiency What We Are Looking For 5-7 years of accounting experience combining Big 4 public accounting and corporate tech industry experience Active CPA license required; strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations Advanced proficiency with NetSuite ERP, Excel, and automated close management tools Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and improving financial systems Bonus: Experience with IPO readiness or public company reporting in the technology sector #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
