Join Our Team as a Catering and Marketing Assistant!
The Catering and Administrative Assistant will be involved in all aspects of Cateringboth Pickup and Deliverywhile collaborating with the kitchen and leadership team to execute and grow restaurant Catering Sales. This role will also be involved with the Marketing efforts over two Chick-fil-A restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production of catering orders
- Maintain quality standards and prioritize food safety
- Prepare and fulfill catering orders to meet Chick-fil-A guidelines
- Keep catering equipment clean and in good working condition
- Practice safe food handling procedures at all times
- Carry out our brand's "Core 4" when interacting with guests
- Calendar and email management
- Assist with events
- Help grow the business through networking in and outside of the store

Qualifications
- Previous experience and knowledge in the catering industry preferred but not required
- Must have a driver's license, clean driving record, and insured vehicle
- Proven leadership skills in regard to enthusiasm and ability to motivate others
- A desire to grow business and personal skills while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle guest concerns, complaints, and issues by executing flawless follow-up and issue resolution
- Responsible, accountable, and organized
- Ability to retain clientele and expand business through personal relationship building
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Directors and Operator to fulfill business needs
Work schedule
- Must be very flexible. Schedule is based around catering business
- Saturdays

About the Company:
