Position: Ultrasound Technician
Location: On Site at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full time position
✱weekend and on call rotation required✱


What You'll Do:


• Operates imaging equipment to obtain images of designated portions of the body.
• Performs thorough screening of patients for incompatible implants and orthotic to determine safety in devices such as MRI environment.
• Participates in required education, competencies, and annual training.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Demonstrates knowledge of supplies and equipment
• Adhere to the on-call schedule and follows proper response time.
• Assist radiologist in PICC line placement


What We're Looking For:


➤ Associate Degree required
➤ Registered ultrasonographer or registry eligible.
➤ ARDMS preferred
➤ Required 6-12+ months experience

➤ Maintain accurate and concise documentation
➤ Able to lift over 50lbs
