As a financial and administrative support is provided by the Health Link team, you will be free to focus on what you do best: delivering top-notch mental health care. Your schedule will primarily align with regular business hours with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Create, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on clients’ unique challenges and therapy goals.

• Provide therapy services grounded in evidence-based practices, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals involved in clients’ care to ensure holistic treatment.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques and empathy.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, workshops, and seminars aimed at reducing mental health stigma and improving awareness.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build and maintain therapeutic relationships with a variety of clients.

• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills is necessary to manage caseloads effectively and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, working with children, adolescents, or adults in therapeutic roles.

• Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
