Required Skills:

• Active or IMLC-eligible Nurse Practitioner license
• Current DEA certification
• Proven experience in hematology and oncology care
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Cellular Therapy experience
• Prior outpatient or inpatient hematology/oncology experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in hematology and/or oncology settings
• Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 4+ weeks with a schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Willingness to participate in orientation and ongoing training
• Must be prepared for credentialing processes, including submission of a current CV and proof of licensure and certifications
