Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents and promptly respond to changes in condition
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding resident care
• Supervise and support STNA team members
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting
• Assist with staff orientation and training as needed
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful, and compassionate care
