Pediatric Physical Therapist - Owens Cross Roads

Full-time | Guaranteed Rate + Sign-on bonus!

Guaranteed hourly pay - you're paid for your full shift, every shift.

Are you a therapist who lights up around kids and believes in the power of purposeful play? We are seeking someone who brings energy, empathy, and a growth mindset to every therapy session. At The SpOT Clinic, you will help children build skills for life, and we are offering a sign-on bonus to make the transition a little easier.

New grads welcome!You will get real support as you get started: mentorship from experienced pediatric PTs, guidance through your early caseload that builds as you are ready, and a team that wants you to succeed, not just survive your first year.

Compensation & Bonuses

$38+ (DOE), paid hourly for time worked, not billable units
Sign-on bonus for this location
Salary + Bonus Structure options after 90 days of employment

Qualifications

Licensed PT in Alabama (or in the process of obtaining)
Experience or strong interest in pediatric PT
Passion for working with kids and making a real impact
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
