ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of four who take pride in serving our customers and community with professionalism and integrity. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I ran my own business in the clothing industry as a consulting representative, helping new business owners get started with merchandising and operations.

I attended Springfield College and had the opportunity to play in the NFL with the New England Patriots. Sports have always been a big part of my life and helped shape the discipline, teamwork, and competitive mindset I bring into the office today.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I currently serve as Chairman of a local food bank, sit on the board for a church called Shared Ministry, and am actively involved with our local Chambers of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ed Meacham - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
