Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Diagnose and repair engine and chassis issues on light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete repair and maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs
• Provide emergency roadside services as required
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repair
• Familiarity with a wide range of vehicle makes and models; diesel engine repair experience is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and procedures
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

$18–$25 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
