Senior Pharmaceutical Production Compounder

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Pharmaceutical Production Compounder Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, 18015 Type: Direct-Hire

We are adding a Senior Pharmaceutical Production Compounder to support our global Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) specializing in GMP micronization and milling for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Responsibilities

Operate and oversee pharmaceutical processing equipment
Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards
Perform equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance
Record production data, material usage, and any deviations
Manage material inventory and storage
Prepare raw materials for production
Assist with weighing, labeling, and packaging of finished products
Work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and logistics

Requirements

High school diploma with 3-5 years of GMP manufacturing experience in granulation, milling, or compounding
Forklift or material handling experience
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and perform physical tasks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
