Assists in monthly closings. Prepares analysis of accounts, as required. Assists with special projects, as necessary. Responsible for accurate and timely payroll preparation, transfers, quarterly reports, W-2's, maintain personnel files and payroll changes and reports. Monitor, inspect, track and prepare paperwork as required. Know and understand the federal, state and local regulations that affect accounting and personnel areas. Education and/or Experience for a Lead Payroll Clerk: Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience.
