Academic Success & Enrichment Specialist (TOPS)
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
The Ohio State University Nisonger Center is seeking an Academic Success & Enrichment Specialist to support TOPS students in Columbus. This in-person role focuses on academic advising, skill-building, and coordinating peer mentors to help students transition from education to employment. You will conduct 1:1 advising, teach workshops, coordinate accommodations, recruit and supervise mentors, and ensure compliance with program policies.
