Property Maintenance Technician

Our client in Banner Elk NC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and able to problem solve which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: We have positions in Banner Elk! Pay Range: 17-18$/hr + Weekly Mileage Reimbursement What’s the Job? Working knowledge of General Maintenance Duties Knowledge of Plumbing, electrical, technology set up preferred not required Use of Power Tools Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet Be able to service Hot Tubs What’s Needed? Must be able to multitask Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record Must use your own vehicle between sites; so reliable transportation to use at work. 3-5 years of related experience Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated Must be able to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests.
