Understanding of store policies, payment procedures, and return/exchange guidelines. Awareness of Butterfield Market’s products, departments, and promotions to assist customers effectively. Knowledge of basic arithmetic and money-handling principles. Familiarity with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in a retail or food market setting. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
