Position Leasing Professional Location Quail Run Apartments, Columbus, IN Office Hours Tuesdays through Saturdays, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm Pay Rate $17‑$18 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions, incentives, and bonus potential What You'll Do Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenities Handle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow‑up communication in Yardi Assist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verification Ensure a smooth move‑in experience and overall property readiness Maintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market‑ready vacancies Conduct market surveys, evaluate competitor properties, and contribute to innovative marketing strategies Support the property’s social media presence and assist with planning resident events and activities Who You Are At least one year of experience in multifamily housing leasing, sales, or direct, face‑to‑face customer service Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills Strong organizational, time‑management, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities Detail‑oriented with professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing compliance Experience with property tours, lease negotiations, applications, and resident relations Ability to conduct market surveys, competitive analysis, and manage social media platforms Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to work independently, including weekends and flexible hours as needed Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and FSA options 401(k) with company match Paid time off, holidays, vacation, and personal days Training and career development through Towne University Referral bonuses, recognition programs, and a supportive team environment Apply today to start your career with Towne Properties!
