Quality Engineer - Industrial Manufacturing (36554) (Sharonville)

An automotive components manufacturer near the Sharonville, OH area is looking for a Quality Engineer . You will make sure the automotive parts produced at the plant consistently meet company quality requirements and customer/OEM specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of quality experience within the automotive industry.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), paid holidays & vacation.
Responsibilities:
- Support Operations team with internal & customer concerns
- Create & maintain quality documents
- Perform root cause analysis – corrective actions
- Support APQP & PPAP activities
- Support customer meetings & visits
- Create & maintain control plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
- 6 years’ Quality experience within automotive industry
- Experience with APQP, PPAP
- Experience with TS/IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001
- Previous experience with automotive supplier quality practices
- Ability to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30lbs
