Call Center Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and assist with inquiries and issue resolution.ResponsibilitiesAnswers daily telephone calls professionally. Provide general information to patients and clients about the practice, its services, and clinical staff.Schedule patient appointments, cancel and reschedule appointments, redirect callers to the appropriate department staff.Check voicemail messages submitted by the answering service company system and respond or redirect callers accordinglyCheck the phone lines in the receptionist desk and the scheduling coordinator's desk for any messages that have been received and that they are appropriately taking care of patient requests. Ensure that all referrals are scanned into the electronic medical records promptly, after assigned actions are completed.
