Office Operations Assistant

Nature of Work Responsible for providing support to Wyoming District in all program areas. Work the reception/switchboard, greet visitors/clients, and assist with daily scanning, documents, applications and verifications into the client's case. Processing incoming and outgoing mail and taking daily mail to the post office. Provide back-up coverage for other operations staff. Assist with purging of files and other support duties as needed. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. Examples of Work Minimum Qualifications Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
