Lists all proper diagnoses and symptoms, as well as discharge/follow-up instructions and prescriptions, as indicated by the provider.May transcribes patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests and medications. Completes patient's charts by transcribing results of any labs, x-rays, or other evaluations.
