You will monitor drug therapy, recommend cost-effective pharmacotherapeutic alternatives, and oversee accurate medication distribution. You will also implement and evaluate nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens while supervising pharmacy technical staff.Key Responsibilities:The pharmacist monitors and improves drug therapy outcomes.The pharmacist recommends and implements cost-effective pharmacotherapeutic alternatives.The pharmacist provides accurate medication distribution.The pharmacist implements and evaluates nutritional support and pharmacokinetic regimens.The pharmacist supervises pharmacy technical staff.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited university; Alabama pharmacy license required. Postgraduate residency or equivalent clinical experience is strongly preferred.Experience: Postgraduate pharmacy residency or equivalent clinical practice preferred.Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in mathematics.
