Rosales Insurance Agency, Inc. is hiring a highenergy, selfmotivated Telemarketer to support our sales team and help drive new business. This is an entrylevel position, but its built for people who want to grow fast , take on more responsibility, and move into sales, account management, or leadership roles.

What Youll Do

  • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads

  • Set quality appointments for the sales team

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication

  • Spark interest in insurance products and gather key information

  • Support the sales pipeline with disciplined followthrough

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

  • A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally

  • Selfmotivation you dont need someone standing over your shoulder

  • A desire to grow into higherlevel roles

  • Customer service or phone experience is a plus, but not required
