Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Maryland PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Prior experience with geriatric patient populations preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and reliably cover a typical SNF caseload.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift name: Days.
• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35 (client-provided).
• Contract length: 14 weeks (client-provided).
