The Role As a Leasing Consultant, you will lead resident acquisition and experience for our apartment communities. Your duties include conducting engaging tours, recommending floor plans and local amenities, following up with leads during high‑traffic periods (including Saturday availability), and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current residents. Provide exceptional customer service and foster a strong sense of community. Use personalized connections and marketing techniques to drive leasing performance. Continuously follow up with leads and offer tailored updates. Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents and coworkers achieve our shared goal of creating a better way to live. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real‑estate or property management. Strong interpersonal, communication and Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency with property management software. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
