Bartender (Morning Shift)
Gem Lake Hills Golf Course – White Bear Lake, MN
Gem Lake Hills Golf Course is hiring a Morning Bartender to join our team! We're looking for a friendly, reliable person who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fun golf course environment.
Schedule
- Morning shifts
- Must be available Monday–Sunday
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Additional shifts may be available during leagues, tournaments, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Operate the POS system and handle payments
- Stock, clean, and maintain the bar area
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Open the bar each morning, including setup and daily cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
