Service Advisor

Join Our Team At Midas we are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience. Benefits include: Hands on and On-Line Training Opportunities Team work to get customers and vehicles taken care of Shop Lunches Performance Based, Seasonal & Signing Bonus Paid Time off Health & Dental Insurance 401K with employer match Direct Deposit available As a Midas automotive Service Advisor, you will assist in directing all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including: Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience A minimum of 1 year of point of sale experience Some general automotive knowledge Excellent customer service disposition Good communication skills Leadership ability Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including Saturdays Valid driver's license Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
