Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Dietitian to join a dynamic healthcare team in Bemidji, MN. This is a travel assignment offering the opportunity to provide medical nutrition therapy across diverse care settings, including acute and specialized environments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing nutritional needs and delivering tailored interventions.

Key Responsibilities of the Dietitian

• Plan and develop diet interventions and medical nutrition therapy
• Provide nutrition care and preventive counseling for individuals and groups
• Monitor nutritional care and assess nutritional status
• Create individualized care plans and recommend provider orders
• Implement nutrition therapy, including diet modification and nutrition support
• Educate and counsel patients on disease and nutrition risk management
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments using an evidence-based approach
• Develop and implement nutrition care protocols
• Provide education based on cultural, ethnic, and religious beliefs

Requirements of the Dietitian

• MN state license as a Registered Dietitian (RD) through CDR
• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or food and nutrition from an ACEND accredited program
• Clinical nutrition experience through an approved program or postgraduate internship
• BLS Certification
