Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 6-hour shifts (Shift Type: SPT), days and times vary based on facility needs

Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress accurately to support continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required
New graduates welcome (0 years of experience needed)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Pediatric or hospital-based experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members
Ability to document in an electronic medical record (EMR)
Compassionate and adaptable approach to patient care
Time management and organizational skills
