Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor prescribed respiratory therapies (oxygen, aerosols, airway clearance devices) and adjust treatments per plan.
- Manage patients on noninvasive and invasive ventilation; adjust ventilator settings within protocol and document responses.
- Perform arterial blood gas collection, analysis, and interpretation; communicate results to the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure patient safety and equipment readiness; perform routine maintenance and infection control checks.
- Document care and outcomes in the medical record; report changes promptly to the team.

Requirements
- Active Ohio license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT
- Active BLS certification
- At least 3 years of acute care experience, including blood gases, BiPAP, and ventilator management
- Availability for night shifts and every-other-weekend schedule; willing to travel across the region
