Sr. Software Engineer Lead

Client: WellsFargo (Through CTS) Location: Charlotte, NC (or) Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite and two days WFH)

Roles & Responsibilities:

8+ years of experience as S/W Engineer Lead in developing or influencing applications, networks, information security, databases, operating systems, or web technologies to meet complex business and technical needs across various groups.
Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges across the enterprise, providing long-term, large-scale solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.
Translate extensive technology experience, deep knowledge of organizational objectives, technological environment, structure, and strategic opportunities into technical engineering solutions.
Offer leadership vision, direction, and expertise in implementing innovative and substantial business solutions.
Strong platform knowledge in GCP, Azure or TAS/TKGI.
Strong knowledge in security best practices and networking.
Strong experience in monitoring, logging, risk, and controls.
Strong knowledge in storage and data protection.
Strong experience in system design and architecture, software development, testing, and automation.
Coordination and management of multiple automated tasks or services to achieve a specific workflow or business process.
Advanced knowledge in Terraform.
Knowledge in service mesh.
Experience in Kubernetes.
Experience in API development and integration.
Experience in test-driven development (TDD).
Experience in data migration and database management and admin.
Engage strategically with professionals and managers at all levels across the enterprise, serving as an expert advisor to leadership.
