Turner Trucking Company in Boiling Springs, NC, is a small family-owned business. We know all our drivers by name, not by a number. We provide our customers with express freight service to primarily California, Washington, and Oregon. We then bring fresh produce back to the Carolinas. We are looking for SAFE, experienced drivers to run the West Coast. Normal trip for our teams is 4 to 5 days. HOME EVERY WEEK FOR 2-3 DAYS! Our Team drivers do not deliver their back haul–you come back to our terminal and go to your house. New drivers are averaging $1550 per week (including bonuses). Per trip pay based on your farthest destination out. Scheduled seniority increases. First pay increase after 3 months on the job. Second increase 3 months later. Top-of-the-line equipment with owner-operator specs. Drop and pick up pay. Quarterly Safety Bonuses Yearly bonus on the anniversary of your hire date. Driver appreciation bonus each year. Health Insurance 401K Retirement plan with a company matching percentage Must have at least 1 year recent tractor-trailer driving experience with a good safety record.
